How does annual billing work?+
Annual billing is charged once per year at the discounted rate. That's $95.88/year for Premium (vs $119.88 monthly) and $191.88/year for Pro (vs $239.88 monthly). You save 20%.
What happens when I hit the free tier limits?+
You can still use the app, but you won't be able to log new shifts or generate new plans until the next month. Your existing data stays intact. Upgrade anytime to remove limits.
Do you offer refunds?+
If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked.
Can I switch between plans?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new tier. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
